United States Parachute Association

The national membership group for all skydivers is a body that sets policy and promotes safety at more than 240 USPA-affiliated skydiving schools and centers throughout the nation. Each year, USPA’s 35,000 members and hundreds of thousands of first-time jump students make more than 3 million jumps in the U.S.

Overcoming negative perceptions, raising awareness of the sport’s safety and promoting its multi-faceted “everyone can do it” aspects are its goals. Working with JWC, the organization has increased national, regional and local media relations in various markets to get their messages out.

Services include:

  • Research and pitch relevant story angles and statistics to communicate key messaging
  • Publicize USPA’s annual and national events and competitions
  • Consultation on sport-building angles and engagement
