The South Group (Real Estate)

For The South Group (TSG), a green real estate developer building the first sustainable high-rise community in downtown Los Angeles, we focused our communication strategy on the green building trend and the first new construction in downtown LA in more than 20 years. With ongoing publicity, events and community relations activities, the ‘South” community became downtown LA’s biggest sales success story. Among our events was the presentation of a LEED Gold award for the first LEED Gold condo in L.A. and the state of California by Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and the U.S. Green Building Council.
