Bali Hai Restaurant

Bali Hai Restaurant was not a Millenial who grew up with social media. Instead, the 60-year-old San Diego landmark and family-run business is considered a Baby Boomer, and realized in 2010 that it was time to hire a PR agency to implement PR strategies, including creating and managing Facebook and Twitter. Since its inception in 2010, JWC has grown Bali Hai’s Facebook to over 4,000 likes, and its Twitter to over 1,900 followers. Facebook posts regularly gain 100+ likes, multiple shares and several dozen comments. JWC received a 2013 Edward L. Bernays Mark of Excellence Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), San Diego/Imperial Counties Chapter in “Social Media” for our work with Bali Hai.
