Greystar’s flagship project, Park 12 – The Collection, is a four-building luxury apartment and retail community in San Diego’s East Village, overlooking San Diego Bay and Petco Park. The largest downtown development, Park 12 residences and penthouse suites have direct access to Petco Park for San Diego Padres baseball games and other special events.

In July 2018, JWC was brought in to raise awareness of Park 12 and its offerings. With considerable media exposure, along with digital communications, partnerships and additional marketing efforts, JWC has contributed to the number of leases and pre-leases for the apartments being well ahead of schedule.
